Invite teammates, assign roles, and control what each person can do.

The Team page is where you grow your Loop workspace. Invite people by email, assign them a role, and they pick up where the AI left off.

Roles

  • Owner. Full control. Billing, deletion, all workspaces. Only one Owner per workspace.
  • Admin. Everything except billing and workspace deletion. Use this for managers.
  • Agent. Reply to conversations they are assigned to, see contacts. Cannot change AI agent settings, channels, or billing.

Permission-scoped roles

Agents can be locked further. When inviting, pick exactly which sections they see in their sidebar (Inbox only, Inbox + Contacts, etc.). Useful when an outsourced team only needs to handle one channel.
