Connect a channel, train your agent, send your first AI reply.

This is the fastest path from a fresh account to a live AI agent replying on your channel. Follow the steps in order.

Connect your first channel

Open Channels in the left sidebar, pick WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, or the widget, and follow the prompts. Each channel takes under a minute.

Train your AI agent

Open AI Agents, click the default agent, and fill in Instructions. Tell the agent who it is, what it sells, and how to sound. Loop ships with a starter prompt you can edit.

Send your first AI reply

Open the connected channel from your own phone, send a test message, and watch the AI reply land in the Inbox in real time.
