Connect Instagram
Hook your Instagram Professional account to Loop so the AI replies to DMs.
Instagram DMs go through Meta's Graph API, so the connect flow runs through Facebook. Your Instagram account must be a Professional account (Business or Creator) and linked to a Facebook Page you manage.
Open the Channels page in Loop
In the left sidebar, click Channels. On the Instagram card, click Connect.
Sign in with Facebook
Loop redirects you to Facebook's login dialog. Sign in with the Facebook account that manages the Page your Instagram is linked to.
Approve the permissions
Facebook asks you to approve the permissions Loop needs (reading and replying to Instagram DMs, reading your business pages). Approve all of them or the connection will be incomplete.
Pick your Instagram account
After Facebook confirms, Loop lists every Instagram Professional account linked to that Facebook. Pick the one you want this workspace to use.
Send a test DM
From a different Instagram account, send a DM to the connected profile. Watch it land in your Loop Inbox and let the AI reply.
