AI Agents

An AI agent is a virtual teammate that reads every incoming message and writes a reply in your brand voice. Each agent has its own instructions, its own knowledge base, its own voice, and its own routing rules. Most workspaces start with one agent and add more as they grow.

What an agent does

• Reads every incoming message across every channel.
• Replies in your voice using its Instructions prompt.
• Looks things up in its Knowledge base (FAQ entries, files you upload).
• Tags each conversation with a Lead condition (New Lead, Hot Lead, Spam, or your own).
• Hands off to a teammate or a different agent following your Team Map rules.

When to add a second agent

Add a second agent when one prompt cannot cover your whole catalogue without sounding generic. Example: a kids programme and a corporate-training programme should usually have their own agents, since the audiences, prices, and tone are different.
