Contacts is your customer list. Loop adds a contact automatically the first time anyone messages you on any channel. The same person across Telegram, Instagram, and email gets merged into one contact when Loop can match them.

What is on each contact

Name, profile photo, primary phone or email.
Every channel they have ever used to reach you.
Lifecycle stage (New Lead, Hot Lead, Customer, Spam, or your own custom stages).
Internal notes your team has written about them.
Conversation history across every channel.

Filtering and segments

Use the top filter row to slice the list by lifecycle stage, channel, or last-active window. Saved filters appear as segments you can target from a Broadcast.
