Send the same message to a segment of contacts across any channel.

Broadcast is for one-to-many sends. Pick a segment of contacts, write a message, schedule it, and Loop fans it out across the right channel for each contact. Replies come back into the regular Inbox so your team and AI can handle them as normal threads.

Pick a segment
Choose a saved segment (e.g. Hot Leads, Last 30 days, English speakers) or build one ad-hoc with the filter row.

Compose the message
Write the body. Use {{firstName}} and other tokens to personalise. Loop previews the rendered message before you send.

Schedule or send now
Send immediately or pick a future date and time. Scheduled broadcasts appear on the Calendar view too.
