What the main Dashboard page shows and how to read it at a glance.

Dashboard is the first screen you see when you sign in. It is a snapshot of your business right now, the screen you check before opening anything else.

What is on the page

  • KPI row. Active conversations, new leads today, average response time, AI reply rate.
  • Recent activity. The last few conversations across every channel, newest at the top.
  • Quick actions. Shortcuts to open the Inbox, jump to a contact, or compose a broadcast.
  • Channel health. A small status dot for each connected channel so you spot a disconnect in seconds.
