Reports is the analytics view. Insights is about AI quality. Reports is about volume and operations: how many conversations, how fast you replied, which channels are pulling weight, who on the team is doing what.

What you can answer here
- How many conversations did we have last week vs the week before?
- Which channel is bringing in the most volume? Which is converting best?
- What was our median first-response time across channels?
- How is team workload distributed? Is anyone overloaded?
