Reports is the analytics view. Insights is about AI quality. Reports is about volume and operations: how many conversations, how fast you replied, which channels are pulling weight, who on the team is doing what.

What you can answer here

  • How many conversations did we have last week vs the week before?
  • Which channel is bringing in the most volume? Which is converting best?
  • What was our median first-response time across channels?
  • How is team workload distributed? Is anyone overloaded?

Every chart respects the time range and channel filters in the top bar. Compare last 7 days vs last 30 days vs custom range to spot trends.
