Wire your WhatsApp Business number to your Loop AI agent.

Loop connects to WhatsApp through Meta's official Cloud API. Your existing WhatsApp Business number stays yours and keeps working as a normal WhatsApp Business profile.

Open the Channels page
In the left sidebar, click Channels. Find the WhatsApp card and click Connect.

Sign in with Meta
Loop opens Meta's consent screen. Pick the Business account that owns your WhatsApp number and approve the permissions Loop asks for.

Pick your phone number
After Meta confirms, Loop lists every WhatsApp Business number on that account. Pick the one you want this workspace to use.

Send a test message
Open WhatsApp on your phone, message the connected number, and watch it land in your Loop Inbox.
