Three things you set up here

Services. The things customers can book (Free trial class, 30-min consultation, etc.) with duration and price.
Availability. Working hours per day, blackout dates, lunch breaks.
Buffer rules. Minimum lead time, gap between back-to-back bookings, max bookings per day.

How the AI books

In any conversation, the AI offers two or three open slots that match your availability and rules. The customer picks one, the AI confirms, the appointment shows up here. Cancellations and reschedules also flow through.
