Connect Telegram
Create a Telegram bot with @BotFather and hook it to your AI agent in under two minutes.
Telegram is the fastest channel to connect. You create a bot through Telegram's own bot manager (@BotFather), copy a token, and paste it into Loop. Your customers can then chat with the bot like any other Telegram conversation.
Open @BotFather in Telegram
On your phone or in Telegram Desktop, search for @BotFather. It is the official bot for creating new bots. The blue checkmark confirms you have the right account.
Send /newbot and pick a name
Type /newbot. BotFather will ask for a display name (what users see) and a username (must end in "bot", for example useloop_demo_bot). Pick something on-brand. You can change the display name later, the username is permanent.
Copy the token
BotFather replies with a token that looks like 1234567890:ABC-DEF.... Tap it to copy. Keep this token private. Anyone with it can post as your bot.
Paste the token into Loop
In your Loop dashboard, open Channels, click the Telegram card, paste the token, and click Connect. Loop verifies the token with Telegram and the card flips to Connected.
Send a test message
Search for your bot in Telegram by its @username, tap Start, and send a message. The AI replies within a second or two and the thread shows up in your Loop Inbox.
